We want you to be completely satisfied with your SIEDRÉS purchase. If your items are not quite right, you may return them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
